For once...............

For once just look at me, for the world seems beautiful no more.
For once just listen to me, for the ocean of thoughts must meet some shore.
Let me see you smile, its one of the many things I miss.
Let me make you laugh, for I am craving to be granted this bliss.


For once sit besides me, I want to feel am alive.
For once hold my hands, I will get to know whats mine.
Those days and moments with you were priceless,
every breathe without you makes every second peaceless.


For once talk to me, for I am tired of talking to myself.
Dont just leave me like an unwanted book on the shelf.
It seems that a broken heart finds no cure,
So here I am all the more filthy and impure.

At once, please discontinue this coventry, Or do me a favour.
Kill me with your own hands and free my soul from you forever.........

Amidst the rot!!!

                          Around a 100 days have passed since I posted my last article. Thanks a ton to all the readers as well as to the ones who praised it. :) So I begin once again.                           Corruption is the favourite topic of discussion. I believe we spend as much time thinking and talking on it as on committing acts of corruption or on stopping it. You just need to utter the word amidst a crowd and all the people surrounding you will have loads to inveigh on the topic. It starts with 'Government' is corrupt. Then politicians are corrupt. Policemen, doctors, lawyers, judges, businessmen, insudtrialists all of them are corrupt. Honesty is passe and corruption is pervasive. The candy seller!!!

                                       It was rush hour in the evening, time for all to return back to their respective homes. Usually during this time in bus travels, its but natural to find people tired, impatient, irritated and annoyed. You step on someone's foot and the person starts vituperating. The passenger doesnt carry change coins and the conductor turns hostile. Some are trying to fix some meeting or yelling at someone else on phone. Then comes in the stentorian voice of itenerant sellers with stuffs like candies, pens, torch etc. Needless to say the jerks bus generates makes passengers fall on each other causing more chaos. :P                                        After a lot of rejections I jumped in a bus which had a seat vacant so that I could have a comfortable journey of 10 mins.
